Fantastic stay!

This property was an excellent place for getaway. The suite was impeccably clean. The hotel staff was great! I would 100% go back . I strongly recommend this place to anyone who would like a great place for a Miami getaway!

Perfect way to spend my 50th bday! Escaped the snow back home. Beautiful ocean and pool view. Fontaine Bleau was epic! All the amenities a girl could ask for!

As described. Very spacious, neat and helpful staff. The bed however was not comfortable for me and affected my back some morning. The bed slops down. I would give the place a solid 4.5 even though the owner isn’t the most friendly.

Amazing getaway

This was the best stay I've ever had in Miami. The host was very much accommodating and responsive. There were so much activities , restaurants , pools , bars , all in the area. The daily spa passes were great. Amazing view, balcony and room. 10 out of 10 , will be back again soon.

Good stay

Place was clean and nice though a bit dated. Some basic amenities were initially missing so I emailed the manager late in the evening (after 11pm, so I didn't expect a quick response) and the manager promptly responded the next morning to advise me I needed to get in touch with hotel's housekeeping - no biggie. The A/C worked great with modern thermostat. All in all, it was a nice room and I would consider staying there again.

Elevators need to be fixed

The unit itself was just as advertised. Very clean. Beautiful view. Awesome owner. However, the elevator situation was so bad that it detracted from the experience. The average wait time was 40 min to over an hour. Elderly and people in wheel chairs were particularly inconvenienced. On our departure day, we waited over 45 minutes because only one elevator shaft was working. The saving grace with this unit was the 12th floor location which provided some stairwell options which we used frequently. If not for the elevator, I would have rated the stay higher.

Great resort!! Bad experience with this room

Beautiful resort we loved the spa,pools, restaurants and shops! However we had a bad experience with this room 1 We got there at 5 and didn’t get our keys until 6 2 bed comforter had yellow stains asked for a new one and never got one so we didn’t use it 3 bathtub was not clean and the shower had black/green spots like mold 4 sink didn’t drain properly so we didn’t use it,thankfully the room had a little kitchen sink so we used that one instead 5 Miriam (the host) wasn’t responsive at all she’ll answer days later so it was frustrating when I wanted to know something soon 6 this one was the worse one, toilet wasn’t flushing so we had to call maintenance 3 times and last time they came to our room they said it was a plumbing issue so we had to use other toilets outside our room. You can imagine in the middle of the night waking up to go outside you room to use the restroom. The resort staff was so nice to us they helped us as much as they could. If I could give 0 stars to this room I would, maybe there’s other nice room but we had bad luck with this one this time. I’ll definitely stay away from this room or at least make sure everything works before you unpack your belongings.

This is the ultimate beach get away! To be able to afford staying at the iconic Fountainebleau AND have all the amenities, beach access and to be able to enjoy the property is almost too good to be true. The room is a generous size, the property is clean and stocked with everything you could need. Coming to a Miami beach vacation, there is no better place to stay.

Excellent studio room at Fountain blue, great location

Excellent studio room, everything was as expected, the view from the room is great with both the beach and the pool and having a small balcony was a plus to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset hours. The Fountain blue hotel has great restaurants, bars and excellent pool and beach service. The room had everything that we needed for a short 3 days trip. The valet parking was very expensive at 75/night and it will be good to list the price in the description. We decided to park the car in a nearby public park and walk every day.

Good but room smelled

Very beautiful and a great time. Would go back. Only issue was the room smelled horrible and they told us it would be 155 for them to come fix it. So we dealt with the stench. Additionally, when we got there and checked in the housekeepers were hanging out in our room which was very weird and awkward. Otherwise, AMAZING stay.
