Had a great time and experience. There was a slight mix up when I got there and the staff and especially the property manager, Marc took great care of us and even upgraded our room free of charge! Staff and service was excellent. Would defintely recommend staying there.

The one-bedroom, one and one half bath suite was spacious, impeccably maintained, and provided the perfect balance of comfort, utility, and convenience. This is an ideal pied-à-terre in the heart of Brickell with all the elegance, unparalleled service, and amenities one could want in a premiere establishment like the Four Seasons.

Please be aware that you will be charged a $220 cleaning fee post-departure as these rooms are not part of the main Four Seasons hotel, but individual residences owned by third parties who then pass on the charge. They are serviced by the hotel, who make the cleaning charge is made upon departure. This wasn’t made clear, or indicated during the booking process. Be warned!
