The host was great and very communicative. If I had any questions they were answered immediately and when I requested to check in early they did not give me any issues and did not charge me extra. The pack and play that they offered and that was advertised on the listing did not have a mattress or bed sheets. They had a requirement that we clean up or have to pay a 60 fee however when I requested a garbage bag I was told that the tiny little garbage bag that they provide (which one I look it up online costs about 0.06) is all that they will provide. The room was very small and hard to navigate around. The room was on the 28th floor which had a beautiful view however there were only two elevators and because of how many visitors they had and the amount of floors that they had you could sometimes wait 20 minutes for an elevator. There is no local parking and you are forced to use the valley parking which they charge for as well. The valet parking mixed up my car with another car and it took them about a half hour before they can find my car when I brought my ticket to them on the first day. During the rest of my stay, they were able to keep track of my car. There was a limit of two rolls of toilet paper, I don't think this policy changes based on how long the stay is, so we were preserving the toilet paper as much as possible. The beds were not great with one of them sinking in.Overall though the stay was not terrible, we had beautiful views and a nice balcony.
