Ease of stay and condition of apt was very satisfying! Beautiful location, walking distance to everything including beach. Noisy area, but perfect if you love nightlife. The pool was amazing and surprisingly quiet with oceanview. Would recommend.

This is a great property for close friends or couples. There isn’t much privacy at this property, but we knew this when booking it. If you are not there for the beach or partying this might not be the place for you. My friends and I absolutely loved it. It was pretty central to all the places we wanted to go. I would definitely stay there again!

We were in Miami for the SOBE wine and food festival. Perfect location right across the street from the beach. Place was clean and within walking distance to everything. Rooftop pool and bar was nice. Pretty loud at night but it was expected. Would stay again.

The perfect place to stay, right by South Beach

We really enjoyed our stay! Spacious accommodations. We appreciated a kitchenette with dishwasher, k-cup coffee maker, towels, flatware, dishes, glasses and coffee cups. Our 2nd floor location was easy to access. Restaurants are right next door and within walking distance. You'll find small stores of all kinds within walking distance.

Unit was very well organized, has everything you would need. Bed was very comfortable. Rooftop pool area was very nice and had access to a bar and food that could be ordered. Overall, very nice. Would definitely rent again

Good location, but noisy

Very nice location across from the beach, and in the middle of the South Beach District. walking distance to most restaurants, shops and across the street from the Strand. since the alley is next to the place, the noise levels were amplified from door closures, trash can pick ups and some of the local bar music. Fairly clean and had all amenities needed, fridge, stove microwave… the bathroom needs a proper shower stall… however the tub shower worked.

Well worth it!

Stayed from Wednesday to Sunday as Artists presenting for Art Basel week. It was wonderful to have a place to rest with a full service kitchen and comfy bed. It was mostly quiet, some music and street noise on the weekend but not overly disturbing.The shower in the tub is a bit inconvenient but ok once in. The futons are not comfortable to sit or sleep on. I don’t recommend more than two people sleeping here. The king bed was lovely. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Clean, convenient and comfortable.

Very functional living space

A very soft king sized bed. The couches were a little hard, but good for kids. The shower had great water pressure. The only downfall was don’t expect sleep in Friday and Saturdays nights. Be prepared for a party town!

Great place to stay

I stayed here for a weekend trip with friends. It is right in the mix of things. We didn’t find it extremely loud but it can be a little noisy at night with the Palace being right next door. The host did provide ear plugs. The sofas are not the most comfortable but doable for a quick trip. It was accessible and spacious. The pool was the best part. They did say the pool opens at 8am but they were power washing the pool area at 8:30 and still setting up past 9am. The guy cleaning up wasn’t the kindest to us but we just enjoyed it regardless.
