This building offers an incredible fully equipped gym and many other great amenities such as a game room, business center, two pools, hot tub, and massage room. Cable and internet included.
House Rules

-There`s a $50 Non-negotiable one-time fee before check-in for registration/Parking/Amenities.

-Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances.

-Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units, only allowed on the balcony. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee.

-Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees.

-Host is not responsible for amenities closures by the building during your stay. Refunds do not apply.

-Events and small gatherings are upon request. An additional cleaning fee of $150 would apply.
