The property Le Montcalm by Go Florida Condo is located in the best possible location, less than 5 minutes walking distance from the beach of Sunny Isles. Halfway between Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Sunny Isles will become your next destination.



The Space:

Important: Le Montcalm is for adults of 55 years old or more. Le Montcalm 601 (more than 1000 square feet) is perfect for a stay up to 4 people, the best option for your “home away from home” since the condo has 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed), a full equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and direct access to a balcony. Laundry facilities are available in the condo. The only thing missing is you and your swimming suit. While staying at Le Montcalm, you’ll enjoy a moment of relaxation at the pool outside the property or directly at the beach only few minutes walk. Don’t change your routine, a gym is also available at the property. We offer free Wi-Fi internet connexion, so you’ll be able to share your memorable moments with your friends. Beach towels and parasol are available to enjoy a day at the beach.

Check in time: From 4 P.M to 9 P.M

Important things to know during your stay:

We provide all the basics such as linens, pillows, towels, cookware and dishes. The travellers must do the laundry (towels) during the stay, wash the dishes and empty the garbage. Body soap, shampoo and other hygiene or cleaning supply are not provided.



During your stay, you will have access to the entire condo as well as the common spaces of the property. It is forbidden to smoke on the balcony, inside the condo or the property.



The Neighborhood:

Sunny Isles is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Known for the cultural diversity, the fishing pier, and the outdoor activities such as snorkeling. It is one of the safest places to visit with family, you will find several children’s playgrounds around. The Sunny Isles Beach is surrounded by luxurious hotels and condominiums. The perfect relaxing escape!
