Smoking: Only outside, please. A $200 fine applies for indoor smoking, plus potential additional cleaning fees.

Quiet Hours: Enjoy the space, but please keep music low and refrain from hosting parties.

Trash: Use trash bags and dispose of them in the trash chute, not by the door or stairs.

Visitors: Need approval and should leave by 10 PM.

Late Check-Out: Charges apply if you overstay. $50 for 15+ minutes late, more for 2+ hours.

Cleanliness: Extra fees for leaving the place excessively dirty.

Damages: Charges for damaged or missing linens and towels.

Dress Code: Please wear appropriate clothing in common areas.

Safety: No open flames in the unit or on the balcony.
