Our condo had a partial ocean view, which was very nice. It was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Several things were frustrating such as the pool and beach chairs. The first day we went to the pool, we were fortunate to find 2 chairs that were unoccupied midday. Many of the chairs had towels draped over them, but nobody in sight. We were never able to get chairs at the pool for the remainder of our stay because they allow people to come down early, claim chairs, and not be anywhere near the pool. It would be nice if there were more chairs available at the pool deck as there is plenty of room to do so. When going to the beach, we were able to get 2 chairs after a lengthy wait, but were unable to use an umbrella due to wind.
Only one beach/pool pass was given, which is kept when you get towels. If part of our family wanted to be at the beach, they wouldn’t be able to get towels down there if we had already got towels by the pool.
Paying for valet parking is a mandatory daily fee. We experienced several wait times of 30-45 minutes to pick up our car from valet when heading out, so plan to order your car for pickup with plenty of time to spare if you have somewhere to go. Also, the elevators do take a bit of time to cycle through the many floors. We never waited for more than 5 minutes or so, though. One elevator states it only goes to certain floors, but it actually works for all floors. A sign correction would be helpful.
We did enjoy our time as a family.
