Awesome location for spring break. Beach is a 5 minute walk away and many people in the 18-25 year old range. Would recommend!

Nice Hallandale beach apartment

3 bedrooms&3 full baths made it very convenient for 3 people to stay. The area is very nice with the beach across the parkway (10 or less minutes walk) The pool is nice right on the bay. This corner Apt has wrap around balcony with great view. Beautiful modern huge kitchen. Bathrooms are not bad. Furniture is OK (can use a new couch). Beds are very comfortable. Not located in the center of restaurants & stores. With 10 minutes walk, you can reach a little area with pizza place and 4 or more shops. Walmart is across the parkway (with a traffic light to cross), maybe 20 minutes walk. Sometimes a long wait to get your car from valet unless you request it on the App much in advance, but at least they have a nice sitting area to wait for your car.The host was great with quick responses to any questions we had. Overall we were happy with our stay. I gave it 4 out of 5 for not being in center of shops & restaurants & some furniture needs a little update.

March trip to Hallendale Beach

The location of this rental is great. Views of the Intal Coastal waterway was magnificent. The beach was a quick walk or you could take the shuttle from the resort. The condo we rented had some issues. The floors in all the rooms were not clean. Would mot walk bsrefoot. My bedroom shade over a large window would not come down, was broken. So for 3 days had no privacy from outside.Went to use my bathroom, the double towel rack broken. Broken parts laying on the bathroom sink. When I went to shower at 10:30 pm, the handle of shower came off in my hand. No shower to use. We had one blow dryer for 3 bathrooms. Was promised a kurig coffee maker which was not in the unit. Was provided 2 days later. I was on vacation, but wasted so much time calling or emailing the owner concerning things that were wrong in the condo.

Overall great experience but some things could use improvement

The property is very nice, clean, and in a great location. The condo itself was also clean and looked just as advertised online. The view was gorgeous and we loved having the space of 3 beds, 3 baths, and a full kitchen, 3 TVs etc. It's apparent that the owner takes care of the unit and works hard to make it homey and inviting while very functional (with the exception of the dryer, discussed below).Things that could use improvement:1. The blinds in all the rooms were not usable. Maybe there is a way to make them go up, but we couldn't figure it out.2. Parking: This was a frustrating experience at first. Future guests should be told that the valet is a separate company that charges you separately. They should also be told that the valet will not bring your car down to you; instead, you need to go down to the lobby level, walk across the outdoor driveway to the other building, then take the elevator to the 3rd floor to retrieve your vehicle. It's really not a big deal once you figure it out, but it was confusing and somewhat difficult to figure out without guidance. It didn't help that the valet staff did not speak English.3. Dryer - we used the washing machine, which worked fine. But the dryer would not turn on. The START button simply did not depress when you push it. Again, maybe we just couldn't figure it out, but it was frustrating.4. No trash bags - I've told the owner about this, so hopefully it's been addressed.Again, this was overall a great experience

Can't wait to stay here again. My entire family loved this place!! The host is incredibly responsive. Easy in, easy out. I use VRBO almost once a month, this was one our favorites!!!

Terrible. Not worth the money

Deceiving pictures.... Dirty rooms,outdated furniture with stains. Parking fees is mandatory. The host try to send someone to clean, but it can't be clean. Need to be renovated. It was terrible. He move me to another unit, it needs a lot of work. Bathrooms was not intact. Water running on the floor. Beds hard and pillows flat.walls dirty and patio furniture is ragged. I spent to much money and wasn't happy
