Easy access to town and beach. Good clean room and venue. Only about 25 rooms so nice almost empty pool area and sun loungers in the afternoon. Staff helpful and on hand most of the time. I would book again if staying in the area. Only slight downside. Amenities such as Tea/Coffee not included in the room price so take a small pot of coffee rather than pay their prices.

We loved our stay here! Everything is incredibly clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was super friendly and accommodating! I would recommend renting a car if you’d like to get into some of the other parts of the city. The only thing that could have made this hotel better was the ability to order food by the pool! It’s truly a gem though and there are plenty of food options within walking distance.

I have mixed feelings about my stay and want to share both positives and challenges. There is a locked gate—make sure you get the code ahead of time. Once inside, there’s no clear signage for check-in. The front desk is not a traditional setup—it’s just a small room, so it can be easy to miss at first. The $500 incidental hold felt excessive. The hotel is very small and motel-style, so noise is a big issue. There’s little soundproofing—you can hear neighbors talking, music, toilets, furniture, and outside traffic. Light sleepers beware. Our suite looked nice. The main bed was comfortable. The pull-out bed is actually more of a firm foam cushion that is very low to the ground. The property is visually beautiful, especially the pool and garden. However, rooms surround it, so people are right outside your window at close range. Because of this, we kept our shades closed the entire stay. We encountered cockroaches—one in the living room and a large one on the window shade. Staff responded quickly, but it impacted our comfort and sleep. Room security could be improved (no deadbolt or peephole). Doors require manually engaging the lock. They use physical keys, not key cards. No outside food/drink allowed (fee per occurrence). The mini fridge is essentially a stocked minibar with drinks, so it’s not set up for personal use. There is no microwave. No restaurant or gym yet. Positives: The staff is exceptional—friendly, helpful, and responsive. Beautiful aesthetic, great location near

What a fantastic place. We loved our stay in Maison Felix, the thoughtful details, the beautiful deco, the kind and attentive staff, access to beach sunbeds and towels, and its convenient while silent location close to everything you need made our stay quite memorable. We loved our stay here, wonderful staff, gorgeous rooms and property, great neighborhood five minute walk from a perfect beach with chairs and a beach umbrella included. Expedia doesn’t note the resort fee when booking but it was a minimal amount. The hotel itself is super chill and pristine. Madison Felix is a very special place and we really hope to be back.

We had an excelllent stay in Maison Felix. This boutique hotel was perfect! It was extremely clean and the staff and the service was excellenr! We would recommend it everyone we know. It is also walking distance from great restaurant, artisanal bakery and an authentic pizza place by the slice.
