Unit is located within Marenas Beach Resort, a luxury oceanfront resort located in Sunny Isles Beach. With the $35 daily resort fee paid at check-in, guests can enjoy of the private pool, private beach access with towels, umbrellas and chairs, fitness center, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and business center. Hotel also has meeting spaces for any private events and it also contains 1 restaurant and 2 bars. Resort is located within a short distance of many attractions in Miami. Should you have a vehicle, there is a $30 valet parking fee to be paid at property.

**Please note that the construction of a residential building has begun next door and we want to assure you that your comfort and experience remain our utmost priority. Though this construction will not impact any of our amenities and services here at Marenas, you may experience an increase in noise during your stay. Amazing property...i didnt expect much for the price but i was very impressed by the location and how clean and comfortable the place was. I am very picky and ill definitely consider this again next time i come to miami. Beautiful beaches...quiet and good food in area.

This property is filled with families and children. The pool was basically a kiddie pool and the chairs on the beach are SOOOO close to one another it's claustrophobic. Good for families only.

I absolutely love the Marena’s! It’s my favorite place to stay at on my quarterly getaway’s to relax & sit at the beach. The food is delicious too at the restaurant! Excellent staff throughout the hotel.

I was charged double for the daily resort fees. Expedia charged me and so did the resort. The A.C. was broken and it was very hot. The bathroom sink was leaking and there was water all over the sink. The hotel staff was not helpful and didn’t care.

All about the host
We had reservations for a month earlier and I hurt my leg playing soccer 2 days before or trip. I was last the full refund point but Maria let me use my nights to rebook anyways. That’s service. We have already rebooked her condo again just because of that. View is good. Kitchen has everything you need. Having a washer and dryer means I can just take a backpack on the plane.
