Mini getaway

Had a wonderful stay! The view was truly phenomenal! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars on cleanliness is the shower walls had a little bit of hair on them. Otherwise everything was perfectly clean. Would stay here again for sure!

Home away from home.

Fantastic Host! Joe and Deborah were super responsive with all my questions. Check in and out went like butter, and the view! Joe and Deborah will spoil you with a small kitchenette ( cooking utensils also supplied). A bed made of clouds, and extra blankets just incase. Joe and Deborah have the perfect spot in Coconut Grove, where anywhere you walk you will find something delicious to eat. I look forward to future trips and hope to stay with Joe.amd Deborah again.

Best view and stay

This place checked all the boxes of a weekend get away. The balcony with an amazing view overlooking the ocean. The room was super clean and had everything you needed for a short stay! The location was right in the middle of all things you might be looking to do! 10/10 will book again in the future

Clean, Convenient and with a Beautiful View

This is a well managed studio in about as perfect a location in Coconut Grove as you can be. It has a beautiful bay/ocean view with a balcony. The front desk receptionist was cheerful and friendly during the check-in process, and seemed happy to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again, and Joe and Deborah were excellent hosts.

Awesome unit with a million dollar view! Only stayed one night but will be back for sure. Major plusses were the view, comfortable bed, self park for $10, and very close walking distance to restaurants and shops. shops.

Fit the bill

I need a place to stay for Miami conference that was not in the heart of the city. This place was well appointed and everything that I needed, was stylishly furnished in a contemporary manner, was clean, and had a great view. Walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Since I rented a car, the parking on premises was important.

Our ideal vacation place

For two people wanting a home base in the heart of Coconut Grove for several days of exploring the area, this was ideal. Excellent location for walking, great amenities, and stunning, high-rise views that we enjoyed at all hours of the day and night. Nice and clean. Everything worked and we had easy communications with our hosts. It was a great experience.

Perfect.

Visiting for the weekend with my son- we enjoyed this cozy landing spot and couldn’t get enough of the balcony with the gorgeous view! The neighborhood was perfect for long walks in the morning and lively outing in the evening.

Fantastic

Great location, wonderful view, great hosts, great room. Would totally stay here again if ever in Miami. Only downside is that the restaurants and bars onsite at the hotel seem to be permanently closed even though they say it’s just under renovation. Who knows. So we just brought our own snacks and drinks by the pool, which probably ended up far more cost effective I guess. So maybe a win-win still.

Great vacation!

We loved our stay in Coconut Grove! The balcony view was absolutely amazing and we loved the pool below. Very walkable place and not a far uber drive to Miami or the beach. Definitely would come back here!
