Spectacular!

As soon as we walked into the door, we were completely amazed with the view…the beach on one side and the city of Miami on other. Bright, clean and uplifting atmosphere. We definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

The property was as listed. Very nice and spacious. Concierge Andre was great. Hotel was beautiful. I would Definately recommend and stay again when coming to Miami. Location is spectacular can’t get any closer to the beach.

Best South Beach experience

We are in South Beach a couple times a year. This was the first time we have been to Setai. This was the best stay we have ever had. Unit was beautiful and modern. Management company was easy to deal with, especially Kamoundy, who made sure every detail was taken care of. We will certainly be back.

Terrible experience with luxury rentals miami

They kicked us out on Saturday when our contract clearly stated we were able to stay until Sunday. Total bullshit. They should have invoiced me if I owed them money. My attorney has been informed.

Setai Weekend

The location is great. The unit we stayed in is very tired. The place hasn't been renovated since it was built in 2004'. furniture uncomfortable and worn or falling apart. if the unit gets renovated (it should for what they charge) would be perfect.

Great location

Amazing time in Miami Beach. Smooth check in and check out. Good communication with property manager, everything was as described in the listing. The location was on point, close to restaurants, bars, shopping, and most importantly, the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We Arrived to an apartment and the first thing the broker said was the " remote for window shades in the master BEDROOM is lost and they can not find it" Master is the only room with direct view to the ocean, so the whole stay we were in the dark Master Bedroom with Dark Master Bathroom and Closet because the shades were down. The Sink in the Bathroom was not draining , and the TV in the main room was NOT working. Tried calling/texting the broker who promised she is working on it but never got back with answer. This was for the whole stay of 5 days. Very poor service for the price.

My family and I have stayed at Setai Residences through Luxury Rentals many times over last few years. The property is phenomenal and from the time we we arrive to departure the services have been 5 Star. I highly recommend Luxury Rentals and their terrific agents!
