The place is VERY spacious, well equipped and secure. The pool and spa very relaxing and staff very helpful. The master bed was very comfortable however the living room sofa could be updated for better comfort. We had minor issues with constantly adjusting the temperature of the air conditioner and not getting enough hot water in the jacuzzi bathtub only - the shower temperature was perfect! We have TWO MAJOR complaints: DUST (ESPECIALLY in the bedroom) as the furniture, telephone, clock etc. was VERY DUSTY. I wiped off the dust several times, however it re-appeared (I am very allergic to dust and therefore was congested). Perhaps the AC vents need a good cleaning? The carpet needs to be CLEANED as our feet and white socks were BLACK from walking in the unit, and every time we showered, there was BLACK SOOT in the shower from our feet. We found dirty towels (soiled with black soot) in the washing machine upon our arrival and the balcony floor and table were also FULL of black soot! Otherwise the space is great!

The property itself was nice, however, when we got there our reservation was switched to a different property from the one we booked at the Provident blue. We had made the reservation alongside several other families that were staying there, and our kids were very much looking forward to hanging out and running room to room. We discovered when we checked in that we were moved to the Provident grand and given a room that did not match the description which we booked. We booked a room with three beds, and we got a room with a king bed and a couch that did not pull out. Add that to being at the wrong property away from friends and family. It was incredibly frustrating. While the staff did help to try to provide rollout beds, no accommodation is Wade to compensate us after we had paid a lot of money to stay at this property. They did not seem to care about batting and switching you for booking for one property and going to another. I would tell anyone never to book this property cause you don’t know what you were going to get.

We had a great time how ever upon checking in the front desk told us because we booked through expedia it showed the room was available on a certain day and it was not. Luckily the manager stepped in and saved my ass and took us for the extra day we had booked. But other than that everything was fine.

I would like to express my concern regarding the unprofessional experience I had with the staff at this hotel. My guests and I were required to wait in the lobby for two hours before our room was ready, while other guests did not have to wait. The front desk staff asked us to check in with them regularly until the room is ready, which we did each half hour from 3pm to 5pm, but each time we were told that housekeeping and inspections were not completed. After voicing my frustration and observing other guests receive their rooms immediately at check in, I contacted the property through the Expedia app. Only then did the manager address our issue, acknowledging my message but responding in a manner that was unapologetic, aggressive and dismissive, stating that the situation is beyond their control. This experience felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and possibly discriminatory, as no other guest was treated the same way during a long two hour wait. The response from the manager was also humiliating as she decided to address the issue in the presence of other guests without any privacy or concern with her tone.

The manager was trying to over charge me for parking. I've been at this hotel at least 5 times and never was told I have to pay $17 per car. I didn't pay it but beware. The owner (female) is a scammer.

The room was lacking and the support was lacking. I paid for a king suite which was not a king suite it was a queen. The TV did not work the whole time we was there so we were there just looking at the walls. I spoke to somebody several times and they all apologize and said it was nothing. I can do on my checkout day this morning. I talked to somebody in the office once again she apologize and say sorry for the experience she said they could have done Something but no no one did. She said I can reach out to Expedia for a refund. I can’t do that through them because I did it to a third-party so somebody needs to make sure that I get my money back because I did not get what we paid for. I will never book through Expedia or the hotel ever again.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and felt like our own personal apartment. The appliances (washer/dryer, ice maker on the refrigerator) made our stay convenient and comfortable. The spacious bathroom and separation of toilet and shower by their own separate doors made it safe for my 1-year-old to run around. The location was accessible to local restaurants. Although it is a little far from the beach, I would recommend this stay.
