Excellent property, terrible communication between the third party (the host), Rocketstay, through VRBO. The host did not provide our name and information to the hotel. We ended up having to make several phone calls and were stuck waiting in line several times before the hotel received the information needed to get us into our room. This provided a lot of unnecessary stress and took took away valuable time from our vacation. I had to call both VRBO twice and they referred me to call Rocketstay. My advice--book directly with the hotel and skip VRBO. The property had an incredible view, the pool and exercise facilities were excellent, the room was clean and in a great location--walkable to Bayfront Marketplace.
