UM Graduation Celebration
This beautiful home is a perfect location, close to the University of Miami. The owners and property manager are a pleasure to work with. It is a comfortable home with lots of room. It is a short walk to the pool and hot tub.

Coral Gables Townhouse
The property was perfect for a several week stay to vacation and spend time with family. The property was clean and comfortable. The gated community was safe with easy access to Coral Gables, The University of Miami, and Coconut Grove. The owner was readily available to take care of any concerns. Highly recommended. .

Fabulous property!
The townhouse is as beautiful as the pictures. It is spacious, well-equipped and the owners are very communicative. We were able to work remotely while in town to move our daughter into U Miami and the location was very convenient to UM as well as Target, Publix and SoMi restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Rita and Steve’s beautiful home was amazing. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and was central to all parts of Miami. I highly recommend it and will be staying there again in the future.

Perfect Girls' Getaway
The pictures that describe this place are spot on! The moment we walked we knew we picked the right place for our Girls' Getaway. The pool & hot tub are just steps away with a great lake view! Everything we needed was within a 10 -20 min Uber ride. The hosts were great & checking in was easy. Thank you again for the wonderful place to stay, and we will certainly be back!

Perfect Gates Community
I travelled with all girls to Miami & didn’t know the area so much so we decided to stay in a gated community for safety. I felt super safe. Everything was provided & the place was clean. Access to the pool was easy & we didn’t have to walk so far. The guards at the gate new we were the renters, so they allowed us in without an issues. I highly recommend!!

Excelente estadía!
Hemos disfrutado de la casa muchísimo. No sólo de sus interiores que son super cómodos sino también del patio con parrilla que le otorga un plus a la casa. Esta super completa y hasta las alacenas tienen cosas que te sacan de un apuro. Los dueños siempre se mostraron bien predispuestos y la casa estaba impecable al ingresar. La super recomiendo y volvería a parar aquí!

Home away from home
It was amazing. We had some great family time in the backyard, at the pool, and at the lake. It was easy to find, conveniently located between the dolphin and dadeland mall in a great neighborhood with really nice neighbors. We will definitely return.

Beautiful Townhouse
Great place to stay with your family or friends. The house is cozy and well kept, I love that you can walk around the complex and get some exercise or even sit at the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It’s totally private you will not be disappointed!

Really lovely townhouse. Extremely comfortable. Great decor, good beds and bedding. Lots of towels and pool towels.
Good safe location and nice shared pool.
WiFi worked perfectly and the kitchen had lots of useful items in cupboards eg oil, salt etc but lots more. Even laundry tabs provided. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, Scenic and Quiet
This townhouse is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to feel right at home. The neighborhood including the backyard is nicely landscaped and feels very private and quiet. A well-kept community pool and hot tub are just steps away. We were warmly welcomed by the property manager when we arrived and when we ran into a problem with the cable, the manager and owner instantly responded to my text and promptly worked through the issue with the cable company. The townhouse is well-situated as it wasn't more than a 10-30 minute drive from everything we set out to do (UofMiami, beach, Venetian pool, wynwood, malls, Target). Overall a wonderful experience.

A True "Home Away"
Our three month stay truly exceeded expectations. We share the many positive comments that have been made about the Starks and their lovely home, but there are a few things that are worth adding. For starters, everything, but really everything, that one may need is there! From a corkscrew that works well to extra light bulbs and spare batteries to (for once) enough hangers -- Rita and Steve have anticipated your needs. For once, we haven't had to rush out to the nearest Target to get essential supplies!
But welcome as that is, that's the small stuff. The really remarkable quality this home has is a serene comfort. The furnishings and appointments are welcoming, attractive and picked with an unerring eye for good design and good taste. And everything works!
Finally, it is hard to imagine better hosts: friendly, helpful, and immediately responsive to any needs. Simply an ideal place to stay if you have the good fortune to land there!

ideal spot for family visiting U miami
We stayed here because of the close proximity to University of Miami and ability to sleep six in three separate bedrooms. Served us very well. Very clean and comfortable townhouse with private community pool steps from the back patio. Gated and secure. Comfortable beds with fully functional kitchen and spacious living room. Dining table seats six. Direct internet connection at work desk. Bedrooms upstairs. Close to highways and airport.
Very glad we stayed here and would not hesitate to do so again. Very easy arrangements with the Stark's. I rate it 5 stars based on value.
