Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay of 3 months in Golden Bay unit 408. The views were the highlight for us. The unit itself is nice, but somewhat dated and shows significant signs of wear and tear. Andrea at AYP was fantastic!The location is convenient to the beach, shops, grocery store and shopping. The building is well maintained and the parking facilities are good. The kitchen is not well equipped for cooking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in an awesome location. It has a nice balcony and you can see many ships passing by. The pool and hot tub were very clean and at nice temperatures. We had an older person with us with mobility issues and it was difficult for him because the furniture did not have any arms to help him get up. There were also only 4 sets of dishes and no grilling utensils.

Reviewer Comments: Conocimos el departamento con Andrea Briozzo, quien nos brindó una atención excelente y cumplieron con todas la condiciones para gafas.El check un fue un tanto desordenado, ya que no tuvimos check in.Estuvimos esperando y nadie venía, la persona que nos tenía que recibir no estaba, no sabíamos cómo ingresar, luego alguien llamado Julieta vendría pero no llegó y unos vecinos nos ayudaron a ver cómo era un poco todo.Luego de más de una hora llegó una Sra, nos dejó lasLlaves y se fue. Sin mucha explicación. Más allá de esto, cómo veníamos recomendados por otros turistas que habían trabajado con Andrea Briozzo yo estaba muy tranquila de que era solo un error o falta de coordinación.Luego la estancia fue muy buena, el departamento súper cómodo, bien equipado, camas espectaculares y con una muy buena vista.Solo sugerencias para mejorar: la iluminación del living que no tiene luz en el ambiente, solo con veladores.

Nice property, excellent view of Intercostal waterway.

This was a very nice property which was modern in furniture and finish out. Easy access to nearby restaurants and beach. Good for couples. Not so good for smaller children due to white floors. My wife and I had a very nice time there.

It is a smaller condo and this has its pros from big places: you can park you car yourself, car park close to elevators, Elevators are quick due to little traffic. It is a little far to walk to the beach with chairs etc although we did it twice. We ended up driving there. 2nd bedroom window faces entrance corridor which was a bit of a surprise for us. Apart from that, rest was excellent. Great area - we love Sunny Isles! Would definetively recommend it!
