The front desk employees (Jessica and Zuri) provided us excellent customer service. Likewise, the hotel shuttle bus drivers are also "customer-oriented" and pleasant in dealing with us.

This a was a great hotel, the room was spacious and well furnished. The staff was well trained and real friendly. I loved the experience. The drawback was the parking which is only Valet only $25.00 per day, no options, so it made this trip inconvenient and costly especially since that part was unknown until I arrived. The other drawback was the location which was off of the beaten path in a industrial area.

This property was gross!! On every single surface we had spider mites crawling around! I couldn't even sleep i was so creeped out! The bed was wore down to where i could feel the base under me. Breakfast was absolutely awful! All cold and just tasteless, i will never stay at this place again anywhere!!

Excellent suite, kitchen, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, spacious, value for the money, good complimentary breakfast, only downside is check in is at 4 pm, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday’s start at 7:30 am. Check in could have been at 3 pm like most hotels in the area and breakfast if they could start at 6:30 am for people who will have early morning flights. Other than this everything else is great.

I am struggling to believe the good reviews after my horrible experience. Checked in, which took a while because there was 1 person working the front desk during busy check-in time. The room was ok. The couch had definitely seen better days. It was so dirty, I would not sit on it. I got situated and laid down for a nap. I woke up to a burning sensation on my shoulder. ANTS! I am highly allergic to ants. My arm is swollen, my face broke out in hives, and my eyes turned red and itchy. Thankfully, I travel prepared otherwise, I would have ended up in the ER. I went to the front desk and asked for another room. I was moved to another room. While I was gathering my things, apparently someone ran up to the new room and sprayed some sort of insecticide. The scent was very fresh and strong. And they had turned the AC on blast. The 3rd floor was dingy smelled dry and dusty. I felt like I walked into the 70s, with carpet that was installed in the 70s. The elevator on my end of the hall was out of service so I had to walk from end to end. Carpet was dingy but no ants. The temperature controls were wonky and alternated hot and cold all night. Woke up the next morning and had to deal with rude employees that apparently didn't want to be bothered. I called the front desk to ask about the airport shuttle and was hung up on. I went downstairs and the smug employee said it runs every 30 minutes. It might be outside. If not, then 30 minutes. I quickly checked out and booked an Uber. Terrible.

I would stay again. The only thing was outside area was a bit run down and felt unsafe to walk around or go for a jog. The pool was nice and so was the hot breakfast. The building is newer and very clean. We liked the complimentary breakfast and laundry room.

Stay bridge is the place to stay when going on a cruise out of Port Miami. It was a 80$ dollars for 8 of us from airport to hotel. Especially if your group is big Stay bridge can accommodate. I would definitely stay there again.

The building itself and the rooms are really nice! The only issue we had was the surrounding area was dirty and feels unsafe at night. Plus there was an interesting smell on the floor, but it didn’t smell in our room.

They had a reception about 530 with wine and nachos. Very well done! They sell beer ,wine, cocktails and snacks. Have coffee all day long and a breakfast buffet in the morning. All the staff was friendly and aimed to please. Ill definitely stay here again!
