• Registered guests only: Only registered guests may occupy the residence. All guests must comply with building registration and security requirements.

• Building rules: Guests must follow all Roney Palace/building rules, security procedures, amenity policies, and management requirements during their stay.

• No parties or events: Parties, events, large gatherings, and disruptive activity are not permitted.

• No smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the residence.

• Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly between 10 PM and 8 AM.

• Pets: Pets are permitted only when allowed by the listing and approved in advance. Building requirements and applicable pet fees also apply.

• Parking: Complimentary valet/parking is available as described in the listing and is subject to building procedures and availability.

• Amenities: Pool, fitness, beach, spa, restaurant, and other building/hotel amenities are subject to the applicable property`s operating hours, rules, closures, and access requirements.

• Balcony: Please use the balcony responsibly. Do not throw or hang objects from the balcony, and do not leave unsecured items outside.

• No mail or package deliveries: Please do not use the residence to receive mail or packages.

• Property access: Keys, key cards, entry codes, and other access credentials may not be shared with unregistered guests.

• Maintenance: Please report maintenance concerns promptly. Do not attempt repairs or arrange outside vendors without authorization.

• Safety: Do not disable or tamper with smoke detectors, locks, security devices, or other safety equipment.

• Furnishings: Please do not remove or substantially rearrange furniture, appliances, linens, or household items without approval.

• Longer stays: Guests must comply with their lease/rental agreement and all applicable building requirements throughout the stay.
