  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Great location but the photos do not match the listing. Host was not responsive and we arrived the day of without no prior response or communication of booking. Check out is a headache. Everyone checks out at the same time and pack the elevators, so you’ll be waiting 30-40 for an elevator to check out. Vrbo was helpful and accommodating.

I stayed here for 4 days with my family. Overall it was a very nice experience. The Airbnb had a wonderful view from the balcony; the ocean, the pools, and planes every once in a while. It was very beautiful at night because everything was lit up. The Airbnb itself was the same as the pictures, except for the bathroom. The bathroom was the worst part of our experience. The bathroom was very outdated, the tiles made it feel like it is the 1900’s, and there were light brown stains on the sink. After a long day of touring Miami, this was the worst thing to come back to. My kids loved this Airbnb, but after seeing the bathroom, they were VERY excited to go back home. The main trash can in the kitchen is also broken. Other than that, the free parking is very convenient, and the staff at this apartment building are very friendly. There are plenty of amenities here such as 2 pools, a hot tub, a gym, however we did not use these. The area of this apartment is also in the quieter part of the city of Brickell, so there isn’t a lot of loudness, and chaos. It is one of the safest places in Miami. The apartment has a lot of security, inside and outside. There is a Publix, CVS, and a 7/11 nearby and there is a very nice restaurant nearby called American Social with amazing food. The host’s communication skills are very good, he responded to all my questions in a very timely manner. All in all, this Airbnb is pretty solid, with the biggest flaws coming from the bathroom and trash can.
