Wonderful accommodation and location!

Brigette made the check in process extremely straightforward and was kind enough to ensure all toiletries were stocked up! Instructions for wifi and AC were also very clearly highlighted and we never had a single issue. I would most definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location!

We were in the area to attend family Christmas party and were thrilled with the accommodations. There was plenty of room for the five of us, with room to spare. All the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay away from home. We hope to stay again this year. Dining right outside your door. Convenient location also offered a drug store for last minute needs. 10/10 all the way.

Loved Our Stay

Brigitte was so sweet and let us check in early after a red eye flight with little kids. We were able to sleep a few hours before we played. The home was nice and clean. There was room for everyone. Walking distance to CVS and a cute farmer market if you come on the right day. I would recommended to family and friends or for anyone looking to go to Miami. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

LOCATION IS AMAZING,

We enjoyed the house and location. I would like to say the furniture is very small. Like not very comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms very small and shower in front guest bath sprays onto floor. The Cabinet in kitchen was broken and we had to tape to keep closed so it wouldn't hit us in head. It be nice if you had water or coffee and maybe single use laundry detergent for use. I Suggested getting a small sectional in front room. It was walking distance to down town Coral gables area and that was amazing. Although some kids kept blowing off fireworks next to our house several hours.

Short Walk to The Grove

Great location overall, house is clean and spacious for the 4 of us (2 Teens + 2 Adults). We used the washing machine, could be a little bigger, and the dish washer regularly. The front door lock is easy to enter and exit with the keypad lock. The House Rules and Wifi is clearly posted. Did not use the outside much but to dry clothing, but there is a BBQ available if you wanted to BBQ. CVS is right on the corner so if you need items, like milk etc...easy access. The neighborhood is definitely undergoing some enhancements, but still is a bit rough. We were surprised upon our arrival to the area, but as you walk towards The Grove area, the neighborhood gets better. Great rental house for the family. It met every requirement we needed for 9 nights.

A good place to stay, baby-friendly

The house was simple, not too much clutter to worry about with young kids. There were a few minor things that seemed to need fixing but nothing that got in the way of our one-week stay. There were some bugs but I wouldn’t call it an infestation. I was told there is regular pest maintenance and that some bugs are normal for South Florida. It’s a 5 min walk into town which is nice, and right by a CVS. Although the pictures are slightly different than the real house (different floor pictured). Host was not very fast at responding to messages but was apologetic and helpful when she did — we got all pertinent info to check-in on time. Be prepared to bring dishwasher/washing machine soap/tablets if you’re staying an extended period of time as that was not provided to us. Also, the complimentary Keurig cups don’t fit the coffee machine! But no biggie, we bought some coffee I am not sure I’d stay here again but only because it’s farther from where my family is in Miami. The place got the job done and for a decent price.

Great location near CoCo Walk

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There was a minor issue at check-in when my sister-in-law was not able to enter because the keypad batteries were low. But, Bridgette quickly made arrangements to change the batteries. The beds were comfy and the location was perfect, especially being able to run to CVS for last-minute items. The check-out process was easy and pretty minimal compared to other places we have stayed. There were a few considerations shared by family members. One was the cleanliness of the home. We had to buy fabuloso and a plug-in air freshener. It was not bad but a 4 out of 5. Another consideration is that water gets all over the floor in the bathroom. There needs to be a shower door. One of the bedsheets was stained. You will also have to either bring your own washcloths or buy some to bathe, as there are only bath towels. There are not many, so we had to wash multiple times a day. You will have to bring laundry detergent or buy some. Other than these minor inconveniences, we had a great stay to accommodate 1 child and 5 adults. I would book this home again. Thanks, Bridgette!

Girls trip - celebrating more than 40 years of friendship. Great space for the 3 of us. Wonderful location close to shops and restaurants. Lots to do.No hot tub on property - but there is outdoor space to get sun.

nice place, close to a fun park, restaurants, and easy driving distance to airport

Overall it was a great house for two families with 4 kids to stay in while in Miami for a long weekend. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and ice cream places and found the location to be easy to explore Miami from. Most 'attractions' are 15-20 minutes driving distance (as it seems everything in Miami is).
