They did not provide body wash. The toilet paper was used. The room cleaning was poor. Even the tv only provided local channels, no chance to connect your Netflix accout or othe streaming apps. When I was trying to check out, I had to wait more than an hour because no one was at the desk. Experiece was horrible.

I understand that this is not a five-star hotel, and I was aware of that when I made my reservation, but there are several things that could be improved. The air conditioner filter was very dirty, and I had to clean it because it was clearly overdue for maintenance. The towels had hair on them, which suggests that the quality of the cleaning is not being properly checked before they are placed in the room. The sink also had an issue because the water drained very slowly, likely because it was partially clogged. Additionally, the cleaning staff should be aware that in the mornings they should avoid shouting to each other across the hallway to ask for items, as everything can be heard very clearly in the rooms and it can disturb the guests. Another issue was the reception door, which opens with a key card. I spent about 15 minutes trying to open it because it would not work until someone finally came and told me that I needed to pull the door and turn the lock upward. Again, I understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but there are several details that could be improved to provide a better experience for guests.

Very noisy near airport and air conditioning was thunderous. I wore earplugs and made it work. Smaller room but tidy and clean. Kitchen well equipped except NO plates, pots, pans, cups, silverware, or dishes of any kind. Made staying in a hotel with kitchen a bit pointless if it wasn't for the reasonable price. That aside, was a decent location.

Dirty room, specially the floor, you could see dirt accumulated on the corners, in our doble room, there were 3 of us an they only put 2 towels inthe bathroom, I had to go to the reception to ask for more, and there was no hot water in the shower. End of story... i wouldn't go back and don't recommend it. 👎👎👎

Room was ok. Had minor conflicts. As in why they provide shampoo but no conditioner. How they have a kitchen but no pots and pans. How they have housekeeping but you have to do most of the work yourself. You have to get your own extra towels and blankets downstairs. I’ve never had a hotel only provide 3 pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful they seem a bit confused on why I was confused on the top part of my review though. The only amenities we used were the washing and drying machines. 3 of them were not in service and we couldn’t get our money back as they didn’t service the machines themselves. It was a 3rd party. So that was fun. The doors had to be pulled upward instead of down. Another confusing bit. Other than that I wish I could give it 5 stars but it was very basic and didn’t offer much for the price
