"This is a nice hotel in a quiet town outside of Hamburg. The hotel has a nice location overlooking a river and has a great rooftop terrace that is really beautifully decorated. There's a street opposite the train station that feels a little unsettling but we soon discovered other routes to avoid it. "Second time here. Very happy with hotel, basic breakfast and facilities. Room service and reception are great and helpful. Ensuite rooms are clean, comfortable and have big opening windows. Nothing negative at all apart from the wait for the lift in the morning as hotel only has two lifts and if hotel is busy, you can be wsiting 5 mins or more. But stairs ok - apart from if you're on a top floor!
