Nice comfortable room, great location, free parking near the hotel, free drinks. It doesn’t have air conditioner, only fan. I didn’t needed so it’s not a problem

Der Hotelmanager C. Grötsch und sein Team waren außerordentlich freundlich, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für uns als Gäste und haben uns die Wünsche von den Augen abgelesen. Was möchte man als Gast mehr. Wir haben die Zeit im Bargenhotel sehr genossen. Gerne wieder :)

Ich bin aus Costa Rica nach Lüneburg gereist, um die Weihnachtsmärkte zu besuchen, und hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, ganz nah an der Altstadt und den Weihnachtsmärkten, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Lage macht wirklich den Unterschied, um die Stadt in der Weihnachtszeit in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Die Zimmer sind geräumig, viele Ablageflächen, Minibar kostenfrei, das Bett ist groß Das Personal, vom Service bis Rezeption ausschließlich zuvorkommend, freundlich, höflich, zugewandt. Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Bin sehr zufrieden. Getränke, Gebäck, Süßigkeiten m Foyer, Kaffee wenn nicht im Foyer dann kostenfrei im Frühstücksraum zu bekommen. Toller Service. Kommen gern wieder

Ich habe das Hotel vor allem wegen der guten Lage gebucht. Die Fußgängerzone Lüneburgs ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Höchstpreis pro Tag 15 Euro) ist auch zu Fuß vom Hotel gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Allerdings war das Zimmer ziemlich klein. Das Bett stand mit der einen Seite direkt an der Wand unter einer Dachschräge. Man musste über das Fußende hinein krabbeln. Das ist sicherlich nicht jedermanns Sache. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich ein größeres Zimmer bevorzugen. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da ich das Zimmer ohne Frühstück gebucht hatte. In der Stadt gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten um zu frühstücken.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig ( große Auswahl) Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Wellness Bereich ist nicht groß aber sehr schön eingerichtet.

Das Fenster war bei Ankunft offen, der Riegel aber auf Kippstellung. Schließen ließ sich das nur mit Kraft, ein Öffnen war somit nur noch auf Kipp mgl. Das Wasser läuft aus der Dusche, da das Gummi porös war. Ansonsten ein Hotel, in dem man Urlaub machen kann. Reataurants fpr das Abendessen sind schnell wrreichbar. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in dr Innenstadt. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Sehr vielfältig, es ist für jeden etwas dabei und noch mehr. Frühstückaszeiten auch für Langschläfer bis 10:30 Uhr. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist das Hotel zu empfehlen

Personal beim Check-In war freundlich, sehr gute Lage direkt an der Altstadt, kostenloses Parken im Hof Im Zimmer viele Ablagemöglichkeiten, aber im Bad fehlte mir z.B. ein Haken zum Aufhängen Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
