"Everything was great. I just wasn't expecting the room to not get any service on a daily basis. I didn't understand if it was an extra cost or what the deal was. "Everything was as-advertised in a good way. Most notable was the fact that i initially went to the wrong address (it was dark) and the manager answered their phone to help me locate the property. High marks on communications and accessibility with the managers"

"The rooms were nice, and the food was great. Some of the front desk staff stay out front instead of checking on the needs of customers already there waiting at the desk. Also all the housekeepers that I have encountered here were very rude and unfriendly."
