There was no spa. Room smelled like cigarette smoke very bad. No amenities. TV Screen was cracked in 2 places at the bottom. Drawer on nightstand was broken. One lamp didn't work. The outlet that it was plugged into came out of the wall.The sheets and blankets had cigarette holes burned into them. ...

There was no concession at the water park; two of the four slides were broken. There was no free breakfast as Google stated. Food was found in the air conditioning vents. The room was dirty, and the hotel grounds were poorly maintained. etc.
