Although you may want to spend most of your time at the beach, the home has some great features for you to enjoy as well. Freshly painted interior and new furnishings , keyless entry, no more keys at the beach!

Entering the home you are on the ground level. There is a king bedroom with work desk (Desktop PC and printer included) along with a sleeper sofa, a full bathroom and utility room with full size washer and dryer. There is also a triple bunk bed, XBox One, and a 65" Sony 4K UHD TV!

A second bedroom on the first floor has two beds, along with a 49" 4K UHD TV! Privacy at its finest!

Up the stairs to the second level you have a powder room and the open concept kitchen, living and dining room. This space is furnished with an 85" 4K Ultra HD TV with surround sound and blu-ray player, a sectional sofa that when pushed together makes a big size bed and dining tables with 12 chairs. Access to the 2nd level deck expands your living space even further. Deck includes Weber gas grill, outdoor seating, Sonos sound system and a picnic table for outdoor meals. Kitchen is stocked with the necessary items to prepare and serve meals.

The 3rd level has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a Queen bed complete with 49" 4K Ultra HD TV with surround sound and blu-ray player plus a dart board and a mini fridge. Add the access to the top deck, this room perhaps the most fun of them all.

The 2nd bedroom on this level offers a pyramid bunk bed with a full sized on the bottom and a twin size bed top. Also included is a 49" 4K Ultra HD TV.

There are 3 blow up mattresses stored in the closet and extra pillows and blankets that may be used as needed. You will also find a 6 person tent, kids can camp in the yard to add to the fun! There is off-street parking for 4 cars. Please carpool if needed as parking can be hard to find in the summer so this alone is a great feature. There is a fire pit in the back for those cooler summer nights roasting marshmallows

Only 2 blocks from the beach and moments from some of the best local places, Washington Park, Zoo, Tour Boat and Charters, restaurants and outlet mall and Uptown Art District shopping.

The indoor entertainment is equally as nice as the outdoor, to include 25 different games to play on the XBOX One. Over 50 4K movies for kids (and adults) are located on all 3 floors too!

The amenities included in this home are endless to include a movie theater style popcorn popper, cotton candy maker, and a snow cone machine. Professional Margarita Maker is also included on the 2nd deck!

BTW: WE DO NOT HAVE A HOT TUB! SORRY!
