Step into the "Limelight" and live the lake life at this Beachwalk Resort retreat. This charming green beach house, designed with comfort and style in mind, accommodates up to 10 guests across its spacious two floors.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by an inviting elevated front porch—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee while watching the local birdlife. The first floor of the home features a welcoming bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room.

On the second floor you'll discover a large open-concept living area, where the kitchen, with its ample counter seating, flows seamlessly into the dining space (seats 10) and living room equipped with a Roku TV & surround sound—perfect for movie nights. Step out onto the second-floor deck to grill up some burgers or savor the sunrise.
A second bedroom on this floor is ideal for kids & teens, featuring two sets of twin bunk beds, with a second full bathroom just down the hall.
The third floor features the primary bedroom suite, which includes a king bed and an en-suite full bathroom. Included in this suite is a cozy "bedroom nook" with a queen bed and a privacy door.

Located on the North side of Beachwalk Resort, this home is just a short stroll from Sheridan Beach on Lake Michigan. During your stay, enjoy access to a range of seasonal resort amenities, including a swimming pool, toddler pool, splash pad, beach volleyball court, basketball court, tennis/pickleball courts, a clubhouse, on-site café, playground, and more. Lake Kai, the resort's private swimmable lake, offers kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, paddle boats, a private swimming beach, and a fishing pier.

Please note that resort wristbands ($15 each) and parking passes ($5) are required during peak season.

Professionally managed by Beachwalk Vacation Rentals, with an on-site management office and 24-hour emergency line. "Limelight" rents with a 7-night minimum in peak season, with check-in/check-out on Sunday.
