“Well stocked home made a very comfortable experience. Kitchen was large with plenty of dishes/tools and very clean. Lots of linens, soap, trash bags were a great touch to take the stress out of travel. Host usually replied quickly. Hot tub was clean and nice. Beds were small, but comfortable. The beach was our favorite part, great weather, very clean and LOVED the singing and. It was a good experience, would highly recommend, we had a blast! ”

“Based on the online listing we were very excited for our stay. We were a group of 15 college friends, all women over the age of 65. When we arrived we were surprised to find that the sleeping accommodations were not accurately represented online, with 18 of the beds being either bunks or trundles. We spent the first 1.5 hours of our stay rearranging room assignments to make everyone comfortable. “Unfortunately, this property needs an entire makeover. The pictures online are NOT at all representative of the current condition of this house. Everything inside and outside is extremely outdated. The kitchen needs new cabinets and countertops, the sink faucet barely puts sufficient water out of it to clean a dish, the dishes were 6" plastic that appeared to be children's dishes from a beach house. There was NO glass ware, with the exception of a few coffee mugs...everything else was……

“This was a great house and the location was so convenient to the mall, restaurants and the Lake. Marion was easy to work with, always responded in a timely manner when I had questions. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook and the fire pit in the backyard was a plus!”
