“We spent five days at Hermine's property, and we really enjoyed out stay! The place is very clean and cozy. We enjoyed having breakfast on the gazebo every morning and exploring Soufriere, Castries and nearby beaches. "I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting."
