"I'm a New Yorker and I have always noticed the sign above the hotel.....the sign is intriguing and typical Manhattan. Right across from Lincoln Center, thus I had a direct view of a special evening for the summer festivals. The hotel has some of their old character yet it is up to date."

"There was a drip coming under the bathroom sink that seemed pretty minor but by morning it had soaked all new folded towels on the shelf under the sink and flooded onto the bathroom floor. I went to tell the front desk because there's no phone number to call on the non working phone on the hotel room but the line was 75 people deep due to a national dance competition in town. However, later in the morning we ran into our sweet housekeeper that had seen the issue and she let us know that she contacted the engineer dept. The following day the drip leak was gone. Unfortunately, two days later it was back again. I think maybe you need to really fix the pipe in the bathroom or room #4006. Everything else we experienced was wonderful! We loved this hotel. It was Soo convenient to musicals and restaurants and tourist activities. We will definitely book here again in the future."

"This property has had a bit of a turbulent history right from the start but it is a bit like a spaceship that landed on the Atlantic City beach and really nicely designed down to little details. Impeccable clean during our visit - down to the nicely cut grass on the vast outdoor spaces where you can just sit, have your coffee and watch the ocean. The views from the rooms are spectacular and the rooms are spacious and excellent materials are just everywhere. Great place for a short vacation and that’s why we like to come back."

"I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Westin. Great central location close to amenities and public transport links. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive, particularly Sam, the manager who made sure that I was comfortable during my stay. I would highly recommend the Westin for anyone staying in the heart of New York looking for a wonderful experience."

"Hotel is charmingly old. It is walkable to the theatre district and Penn station. The staff, especially Joey at the front desk are so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely stay again. Rates are very reasonable. "

"The customer service was excellent but I wish this hotel had washer and dryer facilities -I had to send out 4 pads to be cleaned and the cost was $103.00 Yikes!!! that is steep "
