Top Mid-Atlantic Hotel Reviews

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City
8/10 Good
"Too noisy in the bathroom(fan or ventilator)"

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
8/10 Good
"Nice hotel, large rooms, and great location. Challenge with elevator wait time if staying at high floors."

Hyatt Grand Central New York
8/10 Good
"Great location."

Tropicana Atlantic City – A Caesars Rewards Destination
8/10 Good
"These days, everything is very costly. The Trop is as well. Like other hotels, your room price is about half of what you actually pay. The fees they tack on are outrageous. Most of which are for things you never use. Then you have taxes as well. If you see a listed price, plan to pay about double. Staff helpful, room clean, lots of places to get something to eat. If you wanted a simple sandwich, pizza, burger & beer, or more formal dining, you can find it at the Trop. Stayed in AC many times over the years. This is the 1st time I didn't sit down and play at a table. The reason, minimum of $10. I'm a small dollar player and a $5 table is to my liking. A $10 minimum is a stop sign to me. If that $10 minimum doesn't bother you, lots of available seats for your enjoyment."

The Manhattan at Times Square
4/10 Poor
"The staff was nice and helpful. I was safe and out of the elements. The bed was comfortable. The subway can be heard under the hotel throughout the night; I was on the 11th floor and might as well have been in the subway with just a wall between me and the train. The walls are paper thin so I heard 100% of everything my neighbors were saying and doing, and they were up all night. The neighboring doors slam so loud that it shakes the room... all night. The bathrooms were pretty bad, was very glad to have worn disposable slippers. The lamp was mangled, inside fixture falling apart, incandescent bulb on on side, flopped over, and a fluorescent twisty bulb on the other side. One of the lamps in the room didn't have a working on/off switch so it just stayed on all night. This is the first and last stay at this property."

Ocean Casino Resort
10/10 Excellent
"I was told if I signed up for their rewards and booked directly and said it was a special occasion, they would have upgraded me to a suite. But to be honest, at that price and with the regular rooms being so awesome, I didnt feel I missed out."

Hotel Edison Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Didn’t know expect walking into the room to see it dirty with water bottles around and flowers in the sink and on the counters. Everything else though was nice and clean. Great location for Times Square. I did not enjoy having to tell the staff 3 times about the mess before it was cleaned up. Other than that everything else was absolutely great."

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel
6/10 Okay
"I stayed 2 nights, May 29th and 30th and checked out Sunday 31st. When me and my husband got to the hotel around 9am, we asked the lady at the desk, she had glasses on and she was very pleasant, she told us that we could check our bags and that she would call us if we could check in earlier, very helpful, her name started with an S, but awesome customer service. The guy at bag check was really nice to. The same lady called me around twelve and said that we could check in earlier, so that was nice. When we got to the hotel soon after the same lady from 9am wasn't at the check in desk. There was another woman there, she spoke Spanish, and she wasn't as pleasant as the lady in the morning. So I walked to the desk and said I got a call to check in earlier, she asked my name, and told me my remaining balance for the room, I paid and she gave me the room keys 🔑, we got our bag from bag check and went on the elevator to go to the room. We are in the elevator, press the floor number and nothing happened, the elevator started moving to whatever floor and a worker gets on the elevator and taps her card on a box thing in the elevator, so I asked her how to get to the floor of our room and she said we have to tap our room key on the box thing and wait for it to turn green 💚 then press the floor we are going to, we did that and it didn't work, she said she front desk person didn't activate the room keys. So we had to go back down stairs to the 1st floor and go back to the front de"

Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City– A Caesars Rewards Destination
6/10 Okay
"Experience was great besides the pool. You book for 4 people and they only allow 2 to get in and you have to pay for the other two. That should be part of what we pay for the room and we also pay for the resort fee. So, I don’t really get why they need more from us. There’s really nothing much going on in the hotel so pool was a let down for me and my friends."
