“This is a great place to stay if you want some privacy and a nice quiet area to be in. It was also fairly well located. We didn’t have an extremely long drive anywhere maybe an hour or so to the farthest place. We enjoyed middle Caicos also the swimming pool was wonderful to have in the entire location private enough for all natural tanning if that’s what you want they provided a bag of ice, which is quite helpful and nice to have on premises and there was also a propane fueled gas grill on the……

“Had the best couple days at Caicos Beach Villa. Regine was awesome so super friendly, Jessica the owner seemed like a genuinely nice person and was quick to offer suggestions or answer my questions. The beach was spectacular, the house was amazing, & North and middle Caicos just blew my mind. We saw turtles every day, a couple stingrays, conch, many types of fish. Had the best time with my girlfriend and another couple can’t recommend this place enough. Will def be returning. ”

“House: Amazing property with an amazing view. Extremely clean and comfortable. Location was the best. The house also already had some swim and snorkel stuff as well as some condiments, coffee etc. Host: Regine was amazing. She helped with a ton of coordination before we came. She helped with charters, food recommendations etc. When we arrived, she met us at the dock and helped with luggage. She was very responsive during the week as well. I don't think we've had a better host. Overall: Easily……
