"The hotel was under renovation and I was woken up by the renovations for both days. They started at 8am. I didn’t expect my holidays to be like this when I want to sleep in. The hotel should've notified guests that the hotel is under renovation before I booked. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew it would be this loud. They only told me the hotel is under renovation when I was checking in which is too late. Absolutely unacceptable"
