“Everything was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay at The Norm and would recommend it to everyone. We were greeted warmly at reception by Mehmet who very kindly upgraded us to a swim up bungalow suite. The hotel grounds are very large and from reception we were taken to our room by Muhammet in a golf buggy. He was very knowledgable and kind and gave us a tour of the hotel. Our room was beautiful, clean and bright. The food, considering it’s all inclusive was very good (and I have a very fussy……

“My husband and I vacationed at this hotel on October 21-27, 2024. And from the very beginning, we were in for a lot of disappointments: 1) they checked us into a room with cigarette butts and the smell of cigarettes. 2) they changed the room, but now it had a broken toilet wrapped in red tape. 3) the website says that there is a choice between 4 a la carte restaurants, but in fact we came on the very first day and were told that there was no choice and they could only enroll us in a fish……

“Fint och rent rum, resten lite old fashion, inte så mycket som uppdaterats på flera år kändes det som. Positivt att det var så nära till stranden och att man fick låna gymmet på systerhotellet. Maten var sådär. ”

“Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. We filled in the questionnaire on leaving…a positive would be padded sun beds…we only lay out for 20mins during our whole time there😢 We were visiting Friends from Uk staying at the……

“Es war eines der schlechtesten Erlebnisse, die ich je hatte. Weder der Umgang mit den Gästen noch die Servicequalität haben unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich immer sehr spät um unsere Wünsche gekümmert und wir mussten lange warten. Fast niemand hat sich wirklich um unseren Tisch gekümmert und wir hatten das Gefühl, komplett vergessen worden zu sein. Bis wir gegangen sind, kam kaum jemand vorbei oder hat nachgefragt. Auch das Essen war leider überhaupt nicht lecker. Die……

The service and food are great and we were even given assistants who would take our requests in a whatsapp chat and ech request was answered and fullfilled within 10 minutes max so sprecial gratitude goes to Polina and Koray”
