“The bed was comfortable the room was very clean and quiet. I wish we were staying longer. If we return to Saratoga we will stay there again.”

“Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one……

“The hotel itself was fine, BUT there was a kids baseball team staying there and they were out of control! Parents were worse than the kids. In the future, I will ask if any sports teams are staying at a hotel before book. Even the hotel staff was at their wits end. Parents today need to mind the behavior of their children and respect other hotel guests. Totally unreal the disrespect shown this weekend to other travelers.”
