I loved my stay at The Springwater Inn! It is so much better than a hotel! The breakfast was lovely, and the staff was very generous and helpful. My travel from Saratoga was delayed, and the staff welcomed me to stay in their quaint dining room to work/relax until I needed to catch my train. They were very accommodating.

Our stay at this B&B was delightful. Our only regret is that it took us four years to find it and our grandson who attends Skidmore College will be graduating this year. The location, staff and amenities were first class. Some of the plushest bath towels ever! Well done Springwater staff!

It was a lovely property. The room was comfortable. The decor matched the theme of the room. My husband and I are in our middle to late 70s and had to climb a flight of outdoor stairs with luggage because there was no elevator and that was our main concern with our stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was wonderful. I might go back but stay in the main house where there is an elevator and easier for us to get around.

The staff was accommodating of my requests! They were pleasant and served us a fabulous breakfast! It was delicious and the choices were healthy and offered vegan and gluten free options. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice private bathroom. The location is close to SPAC, the Horse race track, casino and downtown. All within 2 miles.

We had a very comfortable stay in an adjacent building above a restaurant. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast delicious and served on a lovely screened porch. The only thing I would recommend is in the adjacent building. It’s to change the carpet in the upstairs hallway. There was a musty smell. Our room was perfectly clean and didn’t have any odor. It was only in the hallway.
