「The only positives of the property is its size and location. Property not clean and left after an issue with some sort of flies swarming in one of the bedrooms. Expedia was informed of cleanliness issues after check in and would supposedly inform host. Never heard from host until after they were informed of check out immediately after issue with flies. I certainly would not recommend staying there.」

Prepare for a workout on the stairs, which the owner is frank about in the description. Just makes you plan your ascents and descents, that's all. Convenient location to the Notch, and the resort but I'd return just to sit on the deck and contemplate the quiet and the brook. Owner is easy to communicate with and has a sense of humor.」

「This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet place tucked back in the woods but very quick and easy to get to all the places you want to go. Great place to enjoy a coffee on the deck, read a good book, and listen to the creek behind the house. Very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of seating inside and out for 4 people.
