Secluded Oasis w/ Heated Salt Pool - 10 Minutes from Newport & Beaches

Escape to your own private oasis! Enjoy incredible privacy in this centrally located retreat, surrounded by lush, mature landscaping. Just minutes away from the stunning beaches and the vibrant shops and restaurants of Newport and Middletown, this bright and sun-filled home offers both convenience and tranquility for your comfort and enjoyment.

Keypad entrance, local guidebooks / information provided, high-speed internet, and beach towels / chairs included.

This secluded property includes a lovely exterior with in-ground, saltwater heated swimming pool, decorative pond with waterfall, and a veranda and deck for outdoor entertaining. The eat-in, high end kitchen features all of the necessary appliances and amenities with doors leading out to the deck and saltwater pool.

The first-floor den can either be used as a separate family room or bedroom with a sleeper sofa and full bathroom just down the hallway. In addition to the spacious second floor primary bedroom with en-suite bath, there are two further bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Overflow space is located in the finished basement along with a laundry room.

During low-season from October to April, if you are interested in weekly or monthly rentals with a discounted fee, please reach out for further details.

Guests will have full and private access to the property. Our property manager will be available on standby as needed.

Self check-in: Key Pad Access
The pool is open from late May through late September.
No cameras are on the property with the exception of a Ring door bell.
The maximum number of people in the house will not exceed eight at any time and will coincide with the numbers provided when booking. Should the renter not follow the maximum number of guest limit, $250 will be charged per person per night for every guest before eviction.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and no excessive noise from 10:00pm - 9:00am in line with town ordinances. A non-recording decibel device is on-site.

Booked guests and anyone in their party agree to use the property, including the swimming pool, at their own risk, and will not hold the property owners or managers liable for any and all eventualities.

The water at the house is supplied by an underground well where regular usage needs to be maintained. Please do not use in excess.

Minimum age for primary renter is 30.

No parties or events.

No pets.

Owners reserve the right to access the property for audit purposes should there be a clear violation of the rules. A non-recording decibel device is located on the veranda.

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was comfortable, clean and beautifully maintained. The children loved the lower level to hang out and play games while watching TV. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. We would love to return again maybe during the summer so we can enjoy the pool and outdoor area.

Amazing property and stay!

We are long-time renters in the Newport, RI area and this is by far one of the best properties we've stayed at! The house is extremely well-kept and communication with the owners was always smooth and responsive. This is the first time we rented in the area with a pool on the property and it was a huge hit! Our children are now teens and the option of hanging at the house by the pool or going to the beach (short drive/bike ride) was the perfect combination. Highly recommend staying here!

Hidden Secret

The description of this vacation property, just minutes from Newport and the beaches, as a “Hidden Oasis” is spot on! The home is immaculate with a spacious floor plan and comfortable, new furnishings that are perfect for a family retreat. The house was stocked with all of the amenities which made us feel right at home. Arguably the most inviting space in the home is the breezy veranda and beautiful pool deck including a pond with small waterfall (children can feed fish if they want!). This is absolutely outdoor (and indoor!) living at its best. And if you want to explore Newport, beaches, vineyards, they are all minutes away! And then throw in polo, biking, and sailing, if you so choose! The owners and property manager were very responsive to our needs. We are already looking at our calendar to book a return stay!

Flawless!

We stayed at Za and Libby's property with our teenage sons. The house was perfect! The pool was spotless and well maintained. There were lots of toys and floats in the pool house. The patio has nice lounge chairs and the gas grill is wired into the gas line. We ate many meals at the outdoor table overlooking the pool. The inside is just as impeccable as the outside. The decor is very nice, the furniture well maintained and appearing new. High end appliances-Viking brand- are installed. Matching dishes and good knives were in the cupboard. The house is laid out well for families to spread out. The hosts didn't skimp on towels or bedding. Many places leave you with just enough incidentals to get through a day. We were given plenty of toilet paper, soap in every bathroom, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. We didn't need to purchase anything additional for our stay. The house is only a short drive to the beach and the other amenities of the area. Restaurants are in good supply and we enjoyed many of the walking trails by the beach. Za and Libby made sure to include many brochures and travel guides in the kitchen. Overall, this property was perfect in every way! Za and Libby proved to be excellent hosts and we highly recommend this property! The property is even better than the pictures. We will definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Newport getaway

Our family spent a lovely week at Za’s house in Newport RI. The house is very well appointed, exceptionally clean and well presented. The check in and check out process was seamless, and our host was communicative and helpful. The pool was a big hit with our family, while there are some lovely beeches within a 5 - 10 minute drive. We had a great time, and would happily vacation here again.

A Perfect Ten!

The house, the amenities, the hosts, everything was perfect! It truly was as described - a little oasis with a beautiful outdoor pool and gorgeous backyard landscaping. If we ever head back to Newport, this is where we'll stay!

Our stay was great. The location was perfect. The weather was another story, but we made the best of it! My only complaint….. no garbage bags and perhaps more body wash and shampoos in the shower. Other than that….it was wonderful! The house was beautiful and enough room for all of us!! Thank you!

Amazing Find

We went to a wedding in Newport for the weekend and found this amazing home. It seemed to be to good to be true, but when we got there, the place is beyond what the pictures show, It's a 2 minute drive to Newport and you can take Uber/Lyfts there for $8. The whole house was super cool (Temperature) and the pool was amazing and the night swimming was the best part. One of the best experiences I've had in a while.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautifully decorated inside and outside. The pool was a major reason we rented this location, but it was unfortunately not working properly for the first few days of our stay (no compensation was offered). The house was well stocked with kitchen ware, and comfortable bedrooms. It is a little confusing at first to find, but trust GPS and mailbox on main road. Overall it suited our needs well.

Almost perfect

Beautiful home, great location, but a few downsides as well. The home is really nice, but had a mold smell to it and I am super sensitive to that. Didn’t bother my husband, but it did me. The house itself is very clean, so assume the mold smell is in the basement. Our trip was wonderful and the house was well equipped and was almost perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and nice high end appliances. The outdoor space was gorgeous and lots of birds. Very peaceful and tranquil. The owners requested no shoes in the home and we kept saying how clean the floors are because neither of us had any dirt on our white socks. This home is well cared for and you will love staying there. If you have a mold sensitivity, be careful and I might have just caught it when there had been a lot of rain recently. It was almost a perfect trip. I recommend this home to anyone that doesn’t have mold sensitivity issues.
