“Security exceeds our expectations, as guests have to ask the reception to open the front door via the speaker before checking in, and to beep the room cards before entering the hotel after checking in. Room is large, cosy and clean overall. However, one of the two TVs cannot receive signals, and there's leftovers by previous guests in the fridge-freezer. “Nous avons eu un minuscule studio, au lieu d'un studio de 24m2. Une fois la table rabatable installée, impossible de se mouvoir. Le bloc kitchenette commence à mal vieillir, le sisal du sol est en très mauvais état et l'ensemble aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf. Cependant la literie est confortable. La salle d'eau manque d'une étagère et nous avons eu pour 2 personnes et 3 nuits 2 mini dosettes de gel douche et 2 mini savonnettes. Le gros problème est que nous étions le week-end du 20 juin où……

“My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. ”

“The hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and with kitchen. There is a microwave with oven function, dish washing machine and a dryer in the restroom. Very close to Toulouse train station , just 5 minutes walk. Surrounding environment are safe and clear, with lot of restaurants and grocery store. About 15 minutes, you can reach Capitol of Toulouse. The hotel is the center of Toulouse, you can easily go to the parks, shopping area. If you have time, take……

“Je connais la résidence depuis quelques années et c'est l'idéal pour un court séjour et même un plus long cette fois. En plein centre-ville, le cinéma à 2 pas ainsi que la télécabine pour les skieurs, les promenades, le marché mercredi ou samedi... Cures thermales ou vacances, le choix impeccable !!! Il faudrait juste un lit un peu plus confortable que les lits gigognes même quand on est seul...”
