"We loved the onsen experience. We had never done it before and they had a “lesson” for onsen etiquette which was helpful. It was very clean and relaxing. It was nice to have a free ice cream every day after bathing at the onsen, and fun to walk around the property in our hotel robes. The only issue we had was 2 little kids running around and talking loudly in the onsen bath area which was disruptive, but not the hotel’s fault. "

The rooms were so clean, and artfully decorated that even my kids tried not to make a mess. I hope this level is maintained for a long time because we want to come back again. "Everyone was very nice at this property. It is also attached to a mall, which was convenient. Down side was there was no where for the taxi to drop us off for a handicapped person and the dryers took forever to dry. Please allow yourself extra time when you are doing laundry. Otherwise we loved everything else about this property."
