“The room was spotless, with fresh linens and modern furnishings. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, offering personalized recommendations and prompt assistance. Breakfast was delicious, featuring a variety of freshly baked pastries, gourmet coffee, and juices.”

“Our room as very clean and comfortable. The check in staff was on the austere and cool. We had no other occasion to interact with any other staff.”

“I actually did not stay. I checked in and left. I did not feel safe at this motel. There were people loitering all around the parking lot in and out of cars. There was a sign inside my room telling me to make sure to secure the internal door security device. I could hear everything outside and could smell the cigarette smoke from people standing outside of their room. I did not feel safe staying and sleeping, nor parking my rental car in the lot for any period of time. The room itself……

“Nothing fancy. Very utilitarian. Because I was traveling solo, I did not mind. If I was with a significant other, I would probably have chosen to pay more to stay somewhere else. The staff was polite. There was adequate parking.”

“Hotel has not been kept up. It’s infested with roaches the linens were dirty the elevator doesn’t work if you’re able please go else where if you want to be comfortable”

“Un sanitary pool not in service Horrible experience we bought cleaning products & disinfectant the room first 20 minutes after a flight and waiting for our rental we couldn't shower that night and no clean towels until 12 noon the following day which I checked out after establishing a new reservation that I had to put unexpected money out in order to enjoy my vacation with a clean Hotel to shower in and relax without risking respiratory issues! My daughter coughed the entire night……

“Staff was nice and attentive. That was the only good thing about the property. First I was given a room someone was already in, elevator did not work, ice machines did not work, my room had to be pushed hard to open, room door had to be closed hard, room door did not lock, killed one roach and other bugs, and tv remote had no battery cover. I guess you get what you pay for.”

“Holiday Inn Express next door was full of life. For the size of this property there were not even 10 cars. Pool was not operational. Property looked like something from skid row. Was charge an early check-in fee when it was only 10 minutes (2:50p) before regular check-in time (3:00p) and room was already turned over for next guest.”

“This place is now t for a clean person. The place has very outdated/badly maintained. I couldn’t stay there once physically present. The shower tub got rusted look and is all wearing out. Bugs Possibly present. Not a good hotel for someone who loves themselves.”
