The room was very dangerous to the public, first started off with the main front person being very rude, we were talking very nice to her and she just was very rude. We got up to our room and she didn’t tell us she put us in a smoke room. When I tell you that was the worse ever experience and hotel I’ve ever been to the elevator looked like it had bullet holes in it the floor was very sticky everywhere. The hotel smelt so bad I can still smell it on my clothes. Like I can’t even explain the smell it was like puppy/cat piss on top of stale smoke and that was for the whole building remind you. Like never people never stay here, save your money. As a women to men there was very shady and watching your every move so you have to have the buddy system for sure. I now will be have ptsd to never stay at a hotel ever again. Like genuinely it looks very nice on the outside as soon as you go inside it was like a crack house. Honestly people just need to save there money I wish I could get a refund for my trip because it was horrible. I honestly would have rather been homeless than ever sleep there again

This place was filthy my room had holes in the wall filthy carpet that was soaked with something the blinds were broken the whole building stunk i had to get a different hotel i didn't feel safe leaving my truck with work equipment in the parking lot the front desk person was on his phone so i had to wait to check in i really wish i could get a refund for this one id rather sleep in my truck than get a room here.

Stay at your own risk!

The lady at the front desk was awesome, but that is the best that I can say about this place. She gave me a key to a room on the second floor on the way to the elevator to go to the second floor there’s a huge piece of the ceiling missing and several buckets catching the water that is dropping from the ceiling. Reluctant, I go up to the second floor to see the room. When I walk into this room it smells of musk and mildew. Everything in the room (meaning the beds and lamps, etc.) were pulled to the middle of the floor. And it was candy wrapper papers all over the floor. Needless to say I would not be staying there as I would have to rearrange the entire room as well as clean it. I went back downstairs told the lady at the front desk. She apologized and told me that none of the housekeepers came in today and that they have all been calling out often. She gave me a key to a room on the third floor. I got on the elevator and went to the third floor once I got to the room. I tried three or four times to open the door, but could not. It was like someone had it barricaded from the inside. At that point, I didn’t want to see any other rooms. I took the key back to the lady at the front desk told her what happened she again apologized and said that there’s a lot of renovation going on. I canceled my reservation and left.

The lobby was small n smelled very badly. Before i checked in i went to look at the room first. It appeared to be cleaned but smelled like urine. Even the elevator smelled like urine. The check in clerk didnt seem to mind it at all when i tld him i was not staying n why. He automaticed canceled my reservation. The hotel is is not suitable for people to stay in. Any respectable person wld not stay there. It need to be renovated asap. The place is unhealthy to rent to people

This property was horrible, smelled like weed and cigarettes as soon as you walk in, the night person was a resident in a housecoat, there were bugs, the room had food, dirt, and other substances on the floor, cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, bathroom, walls and even the ceiling. The filter had not been cleaned in the A/C so my family all got sick (sinus infections) from the smell and mold. You would be better off burning this building to the ground and starting over. I will never stay at one of your properties again if this is up to par for you. Horrible customer service, no breakfast or coffee, had to pay to use the internet for more than two devices. For the price we paid, this was a huge mistake.

Booked this day of. Called them and told them we were getting in late as we were driving. They said it was no problem. Showed up at 3am and they canceled our booking as a no show and would not give our money bank and would not honor the booking. We are turning them into the bbb! What a scam!!! Now we have to find a hotel after driving all night.
