Not the best

It was not the worst but definitely not close to the best. At arrival our amenities card would not work. We called the front desk and we're told that we could not get it reset 7ntil the next day. This was very upsetting to my two children who desperately wanted to swim. After repeatedly asking for a way to be able to swim they decided they could swap us out. That was the stressful begining. Next we find out that there are no goats as advertised and the carousel was broken. As for the food on site we only had the choice of pizza or $50plates.
