"Breakfast menu was good and had a good variety of food offerings"

"The room was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great to have. we were traveling and it was nice to be able to put our cooler stuff in the refrigerator and refreeze our freezer packs in the full size refrigerator/freezer. The breakfast was very good. There was several hot options as well as pastries, cereal, fruit and other things also. This was an awesome stay."

"The hotel was advertised on hotels.com that pets stay for 25$ per night per visit per dog. After driving 12 hrs from Chattanooga, we were asked to fill out a form at the front desk for the dog. We stayed, and the next day we get a bill for 50$ (+ tax!) instead of the 25$ advertised. I called to discuss this charge and after a few minutes on the phone with the front desk, they decided to hang up on me. I called the hotel mgr and left a message to call me to discuss- still waiting for that call back. I am a holiday inn frequent traveler so will leave a review there as well. Know that you will be charged 50$ per animal not 25$!!!"

"We were pretty disappointed with this stay. The hotel overall felt very worn and in need of serious updates. The carpet throughout the lobby and breakfast area was dirty and torn in multiple places—it honestly looked like it should have been replaced a long time ago. The lobby windows were also noticeably filthy, as if they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Outside, the parking lot sidewalks were cracked and falling apart, which added to the overall neglected feel of the property. The room surprisingly wasn't as bad as the rest of the hotel. Still needs to be updated though. The bed was pretty hard and not very comfortable. But that could just be preference. That said, the one bright spot was the staff. Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. They consistently greeted us, checked in on how we were doing, and made us feel welcome, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, despite the great service, the condition of the hotel would keep us from staying here again."

"I have been doing a cross country trip on my motorcycle... Kind of a bucket list thing. I stop when i get to ancity that has something i wanted to see or when inget tired. Inhave been staying in a different budget motel every night for two weeks so far. My selection criteria is price and reputation. I try to keep the price near $50 and i stay on the fringe of the town. I have slept with ants, operated broken amenities, and parked in questionable lots. This Days in is the best of the plades i have stayed so far. Good location within walking distance of food, clean property, safe parking, well maintained and spacious rooms. The onky reason i deducted a star is that on check-in i was charged a "cash only property fee of $2.50. While the amount is not much, what if it had been $25? This shiuld have been disclosed on the Expedia site so that there are no surprises. It also seems shady that it is a " cash only " transaction. Wyndham is a reputable company and this extra charge doesn't seem right."

"The room was switched at the hotel from a King-sized bed to 2 queens. They indicated that the King-sized room had plumbing issues. The did not disclose to Hotels.com that there was a $50 deposit / service fee due at check in. The room DID allow smoking so that was a positive in my opinion. TV remote did not control the volume or power on; but would change the channel. Outside of the hotel's control were the other guests. Someone was bouncing some sort of ball up and down the balcony and smacking doors on the way by. I picked up screw in a tire after parking in the lot. Maybe from the other hotel's nearby construction. It was a very unpleasant night. trying to check out the following morning, the staff was asleep in the office and took 20 minutes to rouse after hitting the glass partition. The phone number listed was inoperable. I checked out 1 day early because I could not take another night there. I fully expected to eat the cost of the other night. Last was the breakfast offerings... laughable. Terrible coffee and the waffle maker did not work. "
