“Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, clear information given at checkin and Giorgia helped us to arrange a taxi when we left. The breakfast was very restrictive, a voucher for a coffee and a croissant at a nearby bar and they wouldn't even let my friend (who doesn't drink coffee) have a tea instead. A water dispenser so we don't have to keep using plastic bottles would be better.”

“A restaurant is exactly downstairs of our room, so it was quite noisy in the night time from the guests sitting outside of restaurant. Also there was a few second noise from the electric box of the room every minute when we turned on the air conditioning. The location of room is very good, walking distance to Matera old town. "The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance."
