From the reception to the concierge and everyone else, the staff was not only friendly and helpful but always smiling. Emre at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and so was Zeki Yusufoglu who arranged a lovely breakfast for us at 3:30 am for our early morning flight. Nasiba,the lovely lady in red was very knowledgeable as she gave us a tour of the palace. The breakfast……
