Fantastic sea view penthouse
Luxury south facing apartment with stunning views of the Mediterranean and mountains close to beaches, golf courses. This penthouse apartment is set in a small private development with lagoon swimming pool and tropical garden. The large terrace overlooks the well-kept gardens, lagoon pool and the Mediterranean. The rooftop terrace (50 m2) which is fully furnished with dinning table, sofas, daybed and grill area, has the most beutyfull view. Village of La Cala is five minutes away. Fuengirola is 5 minutes in the opposite direction with plenty of shops, an aquapark, restaurants, bars and clubs for socializing. Other cities within driving distance are Marbella, Malaga, Granada and Gibralter. Skiing in Sierra Nevada just 2 hours drive away. There are superb golf courses at Mijas and La Cala. Picturesque villages such as Mijas and the town of Ronda (Roman) are nearby. Restaurants and supermarket are 5 minutes walk. Activities nearby include sailing, swimming, all sea based activities, horseracing, extensive walking.

Gem of a place
Here at october half term for a week and was really quiet and relaxed. Property is as shown and the top balcony is superb. Pool was great albeit chilly and had the complex pretty much to ourselves. Great star gazing and witnessed a brilliant lightning storm from the balcony due to location and vista. Lovely views of mountains and sea.
Property was well furnished with some nice extra homely touches.
From our experiences would recommend, but couldn’t say what it would be like in high summer.
Half a dozen or so decent restaurants in walking distance, supermarket walkable too. We hired a car but at a push, this place has everything you could need if you wanted to just taxi to/from airport and have a ‘bolt hole’ for a couple of weeks.
Jesper proved to be very accessible when we had questions and seemed to always be on hand.

Only 20mins from the airport and a short walk to the beach, not only is is greatly located, the apartment is well looked after and the rooftop terrace adds a touch of luxury!

Séjour agréable à Mijas
L’appartement correspond à l’annonce et à nos attentes. Jolie appartement décoré avec goût dans une résidence sécurisée et très calme. Le plus de cet appartement c’est la grande terrasse donnant sur le séjour et la chambre ainsi que le roof top au dessus de l appartement avec une vue superbe. Piscine avec transat très agréable.
Petit bémol, les plages sont à galet et pour se promener dans le centre ville animé, prendre la voiture pour moins de 10min.
Je recommande cet appartement.

Balcones El Chaparral is a wonderful Urbanisation
Unusual to find in recently built complexes , but this is a very spacious, secure, spotlessly kept Urbanisation and property.
Very near to Airports, La Cala, Golf Courses and beach . Highly recommend

Relaxing holiday
This is a lovely apartment in a very quiet residential area. It is a penthouse apartment and does have 5 flights of stairs and no lift. The views are amazing from both terraces and there are plenty of seating options. The pool is attended daily, very clean and really safe for children. There are several restaurants and a few bars with in a ten minute walk. The beach is also around a ten minute walk, crossing the bridge over the main road, there is a beach bar as well. La Cala is definitely worth a vist, you can take the bus or it is a 40 minute walk from the apartment. A taxi back is around 8€. Fuengirola is a 10 minute bus ride away and the service of regular. Recommend a visit to Mijas Pablo, a very Spanish town. Over all a lovely 10 day holiday!
