Living on a finca overlooking the sea

This comfortable apartment has two complete units, each with a bedroom with double bed and bathroom, a living and dining area, a kitchen, and a private terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the city of Fuengirola. Katja I and Katja II can be used as one unit or separated by a door.

The house is located on a 35,000 square meter ranch from which you have a great view of the sea and a view of the village of Mijas. On the property there is a rich variety of flora and fauna and you can enjoy specially grown avocados and fruits, depending on the season.
There is a swimming pool, a tennis court and a squash hall, which may be shared with other guests.
