"The staff at this location was great! We loved the pool, lounge area and ease of parking. This hotel is nice, new and clean which was refreshing! It has a casino right next door too!
Our family would definitely stay here again!"

"Pros: Nice hotel. Smaller than the giants (Caesar’s, MGM) which we liked. Not as crazy with high traffic. 2 pools although the rooftop pool is closed indefinitely (staffing?). 8th floor pool nice however. Strat observation and bars, shops, food, up top. Open to midnite gotta see at dark or sunset.
Machines are up to date, maintained, and clean. Staff is helpful. Restaurants are good bit pricey for the cafe and long waits. McDonald’s and Starbucks in the hotel!
Overall enjoyed the hotel. They’ve upgraded the rooms. Not sure which are upgraded or how many done.
CONS: Smack in the middle of the strip between North (Fremont) and South (NYNY). We took the RTC for 3 days which works on the strip. Sketchy once you leave the hotel property however in either direction and backside of the hotel. Just run down area. I believe they are trying to revitalize the ‘central’ strip. Didn’t feel at risk just be cautious.
Room was nice but small. Few fixtures didn’t work. Limited outlets. Musty smell. Old AC unit. We were in the Vegas tower. Other towers may be nicer. Basic amenities in the room. 15 mins to get hot water? Yes 15 mins! Elevators quick.
In the Casino before the Cashier cage there are relentless event sellers. They hound you down multiple times. Time share push nuisance.
Quick Summary. Other complaint might be high reservation fees and they hold a deposit for $300 3-5 days after your stay. Everything pricy in Vegas just seems like hidden cash grabs around every corner. "
